The Hidaka FX features a 4.8" CRYO 3V steel blade with a beautiful satin finish and razor-sharp edge all expertly styled by the legendary Japanese knife designer Kiku Matsuda. The blade has a classic Matsuda hollow to flat grind that he has built his reputation on for cutting precision and easy maintenance.
