To ensure every project meets our high standards, the following fees and service terms apply to work beyond the base Cerakote packages:

• • Hourly Shop Rate:
    $90 per hour, with a $45 minimum charge (unless otherwise stated).

• Additional Fees:

• • • Shop Fee: $2.95 (covers lubricant, cleaner, disposal, etc.).
    • Special Order Parts Fee: $10.00 may apply for special order parts.
    • Malfunction Diagnosis: When a firearm is dropped off for malfunction diagnosis, a magazine and ammunition must be provided; if not, a $10.00 fee will be added.

  • Red Loctite: If Red Loctite is found in a weapon, additional charges may apply.

 

The prices do not include parts and are subject to change based on the details of the job and the specific firearm model. We reserve the right to refuse service—CAN AND WILL DO SO—if a firearm is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for service.

Note: Cerakote pricing is based on disassembled parts. If disassembly is required, additional costs will apply. We reserve the right to decline service for certain firearms based on safety and technical considerations.

In compliance with Texas state and local regulations, all labor is subject to a 6.75% tax. Cleaning fees may increase depending on the extent of fouling or rust. Prices listed apply to labor only and serve as general estimates; actual costs may vary. All pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any firearm service if we determine it could compromise safety or if the firearm is already in an unsafe condition. WE DO NOT remove or deactivate firearm safeties. Additional charges apply for removing parts secured with a thread locker.

Firearms left unclaimed for over 30 days will incur a $25.00 per month storage fee. Firearms left for repair can only be retrieved by the individual whose name is on the claim check—NO exceptions.
